Drop in your worries to email@example.com, we have answers to all your questions!
Here are few questions which everyone probably has while heading to the tropical Island – Bali.
Q: What is the Visa process for Bali?
A: General Rule: Your passport must be AT LEAST 6 months valid the day of your arrival in Bali! This is not negotiable. The airline already at your departure would have to deny you boarding the plane. Make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months. Also, your passport pages must have space for the visa stamp! If you stay less than 30 days then you do NOT NEED any Visa if you have an Indian passport. At the immigration counter you will get Visa Exemption Stamp. There are no costs involved; it’s not a visa in a classical sense. Yet, the stamp allows the officials to track your length of stay. – Click here to know more.
Q: When should you reach the airport?
A: Very important thing to do before an international flight is that one should do a web check in (web check in window opens 48 hours prior to the departure) in advance to select the seats and also recheck the for the flight status. Always, reach airport 3 hours prior to the departure of the flight. Try and confirm the terminal of the flight(s) in case the city of departure has multiple terminals. Call the airline customer care if you face any difficulty.
A Simple Web- check-in tutorial uploaded by Air Asia – For further details, go through this video.

Do check all the baggage details if you have multiple flight carriers, because the baggage allowed might be different and you are forced to pay extra for the luggage.

A: As per the international standards you need to carry this in USD or Local Indonesian Currency. If you are in Bali for 5 nights, you should carry 300 USD ideally.
Please note – Don’t carry cash in Indian Currency to Bali as it is not an international currency the exchange rate you will get for Indian currency in Bali would be very disheartening. Most of our clients carry USD as it is global currency which can be easily converted to IDR by paying a small commission of 2-3%.

A: The Bali airport authority is very strict about medicines and food being brought into Bali. So, we recommend you to carry the prescription for all medicines you are carrying in clear handwritten prescription by a govt doctor.
Q: What about Travel insurance when you are traveling to Bali?
A: Even though Travel Insurance is not a mandatory requirement to get the visa or travel to Bali but we recommend that you should get a travel insurance for your travel either from your Bank so that claim settlement is smoothly handled or from our resource. Link as follows: Getting insurance from us is also great, but we need to inform you that we are not insurance experts so for all claim settlement you will have to consult the insurance company for whose link we have shared. We personally recommend everyone to get Travel Insurance, because all the medical facilities in Bali are extremely expensive.
